1. Right of return
We offer a right of return of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within this period to request a return.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. All accompanying accessories and packaging must also be in good condition. Please note that used or damaged items cannot be returned.
3. Return process
Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us at return@brymo.eu or our contact page to request a return.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address.
4. Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. a faulty product or shipping error).
5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will proceed to process the refund. Please note that the refund may take place within 5-7 working days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
